ORF is driven by a Board of Trustees and Management Team. The Board of Trustees have appointed a CEO to look after the daily operations of the organization with its management team. He is providing direction and be responsible for the growth of the organization in terms of beneficiaries and finances.

ORF is working in the thematic areas of Education, Employment, Emergency, Environment and Empowerment by implementing need based innovative projects related to Health, Skilling and Climate Change so that the vulnerable children, disfranchised youths and deprived women are empowered through various programs.

ORF works closely with the Education Department to make the neglected Government Schools a model school by improving their infrastructure, empowering teachers through training and exposure, imparting quality education by using STEEMs and smart classes.

The second thematic area that ORF is working is – Health. Under this, ORF is working with the Health Department to improve the overall condition of the Primary Health Centres situated in rural areas so that proper care can be given to the children and women.

Under Skilling – ORF empowers disfranchised youths by skilling, reskilling and upskilling so that they get a dignified job and live a life of self-worth and dignity. It has found synergies with Odisha Skilling program to train the trainers for effective skilling program.
