Disaster Response: Supporting Communities in Times of Crisis

Odisha Rising Foundation is dedicated to providing immediate relief and long-term recovery support to vulnerable communities affected by natural disasters. Odisha, being prone to cyclones, floods, and other calamities, requires timely intervention to minimize the impact on lives and livelihoods. Our disaster response initiatives focus on rapid relief distribution and rehabilitation.

Our Impact So Far

  • Over 10,000 families provided with essential relief and aid
  • Rebuilding efforts for 40+ disaster-affected households and infrastructure

Our Key Initiatives

1. Emergency Relief and Aid Distribution
We provide essential supplies such as food, clean water, medical kits, clothing, and temporary shelter to families affected by natural disasters. So far, more than 10,000 families have received aid during various calamities across Odisha.
2. Restoration and Rehabilitation Support
We assist in rebuilding homes, schools, and community infrastructure damaged by disasters. Our goal is to help families recover and regain stability after a crisis.
3. Collaboration with Local Authorities and Organizations
Working closely with the state government, NGOs, and local volunteers, we ensure coordinated and effective disaster response efforts to reach affected communities quickly and efficiently.
